Is there a fee for using our brokerage services?

No, our service is provided at no cost to our clients. We are remunerated through a commission from the energy supplier. This model ensures our goals are aligned with yours: Getting the best energy rates for your organisation.

How long does the transition to a new supplier take?

The switching process generally takes between 10-28 days. We manage the entire administrative workload, coordinating with the suppliers to ensure a smooth transition without any operational disruption.

Will I need to contact you again when my contract ends if I’m using your service?

There's need to contact us. When you use our service, we record your contract’s expiration date and will reach out a few months before it ends. This gives you plenty of notice ahead of the renewal date while we take care of the legwork. We aim to build long-lasting, ongoing relationships with all of our clients.
